Heating Instructions
(These are cooking instructions for many items we have made - it is not our current menu!)
Whole Rotisserie Chicken
Remove from Bag & Bake at 360' 15-18 minutes
Roasted Salmon
Place in an oven-safe pan. Bake 350' 7-9 min or until desired temperature. Also lovely at room temperature.
Italian Sausage & Peppers
Heat Covered with foil at 350' until warmed through. About 12-15 minutes.
Pork Tenderloin
Heat uncovered, 350' 10-12. min, until just warmed through.
Whipped Potatoes
Warm gently stovetop, in oven at 350', or in the microwave on low.
Braised Chicken Thighs
Heat Uncovered at 350' 15 minutes.
Fruit Crisp (From Frozen)
Place our pan on a baking sheet to avoid bubbling over. Bake uncovered at 350' 35-45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Chicken Milanese
Heat at 350' 10-12 minutes or until crisp and warmed through.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Kismet Empanadas: Fully Cooked
Place uncovered on a baking sheet. Bake at 350' for 15-18 minutes from frozen, 8-10 min refrigerated.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, rotating pan half-way through. If crust is getting too brown, cover loosely with foil and turn temp down to 375'. You’re looking for the filling to be hot and bubbly and the crust a nice golden brown. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Chicken Pot Pie: From Frozen
Heat oven to 400', Place Pot Pie on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, rotating pan half-way through. If crust is getting too brown, cover loosely with foil and turn temp down to 375'. You’re looking for the filling to be hot and bubbly and the crust a nice golden brown. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Kismet Focaccia
If thawed: Heat at 350' 7-8 min, uncovered. If frozen, wrap in foil and heat at 350' 12-15 min.
Stuffed Shells
Place on a sheet pan and bake at 350' 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Marry Me Chicken
Heat at 350' 10-12 min, until warmed through.
Pastry Wrapped Brie
From Frozen: Bake at 350' 20-25 min, until light golden brown and warmed through. Fantastic with crackers or crusty bread and jam.
Place on a baking sheet. Remove lid, and bake uncovered at 350' 30-35 minutes, until golden brown & bubbly.
Cassoulet
Thaw in fridge overnight.
Place on a baking sheet. Remove lid, and bake uncovered at 350' 30-35 minutes, until golden brown & bubbly.
Remove lid and place Pan into oven. Bake 12-15 min. Open Carefully.
Fish en Papillote
Heat Oven to 375'
Remove lid and place Pan into oven. Bake 12-15 min. Open Carefully.
Parmesan Polenta
Warm in a sauce pan on very low heat, stirring often, just until warmed through.
Rotisserie Chicken
Heat oven to 350'. Place Chicken in a pan with potatoes. Bake 20 min, until warmed through.
From Frozen: Prepare as above and bake 40 min. Uncover and bake 10-12 min more.

From Refrigerated: Place on a baking sheet. Remove plastic cover and film, Cover with Foil and bake @350' 20 min. Uncover and bake 12-15 min more, until golden brown and bubbly.

Kismet Cinnamon Rolls (RTB)
Keep frozen. Keep in the freezer until the night before you plan to enjoy. Place rolls in your desired, buttered pan, cover and keep
in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, remove from fridge & allow to proof at Warm Room Temperature for about 2 hours, they should be nearly doubled in size. Bake at 350' ~20-25 minutes, until puffed & golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slather with icing & enjoy!

Keep frozen or in refrigerator. Heat in a 350' oven 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly. Frost & Enjoy!
Bittersweet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
From Frozen: 350' 16-18 min, rotating the pan halfway through. We love a sprinkle of Sea Salt on top!
Lasagna (Foil Pans, Ready to Bake)
From Frozen: Place our pan on a baking sheet. Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake at 350' 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 20-25 minutes, until deep golden brown & bubbly. Allow to rest at least 15 min before serving/ cutting.
If Thawed: Remove from container. Heat in an ovenproof dish, covered in foil, bake 20-25 minutes, until warmed through.
Lasagna or Enchiladas (Plastic Container, Fully cooked)
From frozen: Remove from plastic container. Place in an oven proof dish and bake at 350', covered in foil, 35-40 minutes, or until warmed through.
If Thawed: Remove from container. Heat in an ovenproof dish, covered in foil, bake 20-25 minutes, until warmed through.
Chicken Parmesan
Keep Frozen. Preheat Oven to 350'. Remove lid and place our pan on a baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 30 min. Uncover, bake 12-16 min more.
Enchiladas
From Frozen: Remove lid, cover with foil and bake at 350' 30 min, uncovered 15-20 min, until golden and warmed through.
Shepherd's Pie
LG From Frozen: Remove lid, cover with foil and bake at 350' 45 min, uncovered 20 min, until golden and bubbly
(Frozen) Place on a baking sheet and cook, covered with foil, 30 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Potato Gratin
(Fresh) Place pan on a baking sheet and cook Uncovered at 350' 30-45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Mac & Cheese
From Frozen: Remove lid, cover with foil and bake at 350' 45 min, uncovered 20 min, until golden and bubbly
Polenta
I prefer to heat this in the oven, covered with a bit of butter or olive oil. Can do stovetop as well: add ⅓ cup broth, milk or cream.

Fully Baked Blueberry Scones
We highly suggest heating your fully baked scones at 350' for 4-6 minutes! Just a little warm-up transforms the buttery layers into something spectacular!
